Hoshi is a survivor from a dystopian future where global warming and subsequent dearth of resources have reduced the population to a fraction of its current number. Pockets of civilization still exist, but much of the planet is an anarchist wasteland. She has survived to the age of 16 by being quick witted, and a natural mechanic, able to ressurect long dead technology with bubble gum and paper clips. A futuristic MacGuyver with a deliciously supple body.
