Background: Ikana was born a normal woman and lived a normal life. The world she was born in was relatively a normal one. The main difference in it though was some were born with mutation gene that when triggered would alter them into multigirls. The changes range from extra arms, heads, legs and so on. Ikana herself was one with speacil genes and when hers triggered she was touching a freind of hers and her mutation trigger absorbed some of their dna giving her their head, face and voice. She would find as she grew up she could alter her size able to become a giantess or normal on will.
