Tail: Her tail is the dark and light purple swirled together, and she has a lightning pattern that travels in a bouncing, random pattern up her tail, revealing that it's actually scar tissue along her humanoid back.
Occupation: Mechanic
Clothing/Gear: A tool belt, complete with tools, glasses that she's modified to have a flip-down magnifying glass, a white shirt, and a leather duster with many pockets.
Noteable Features: Aside from her everything else, she has fangs, and a potent nerve-deadening venom that inhibits the electo-chemical signals that stimulate movement. So if she bites you, you will slowly lose motor functions from the region bitten until you are wholly immobile. She's also slightly nearsighted. Not enough to affect everyday activities, but enough that she usually wears either glasses or contacts, the latter making her feel more confident.

Illiya didn't always look the way she does now. She used to have only the simple swirl of purple along her tail, with no lightning at all, but a minor accident of fate changed that for her, when someone she'd thought was a friend pushed her, causing her to trip over her own tail, and fall directly onto an exposed power line outside of her highschool. The pulse traveled through her tail with unusual speed, causing her to twitch and spasm about for nearly thirty seconds. When the paramedics arrived, everyone thought she was dead, but somehow or another, she lived through the accident, and has kept herself more isolated ever since.

In general terms of personality, she prefers the company of machines or plushies to that of people, unless you manage to be un-threatening, endearing, and don't throw her work off track when she's actually at it. She's currently employed in the modification of vehicles for use by naga, since transportation for such long tails can be problematic in terms of load, as well as pedal-pressing capability. She landed that job when someone saw her prototype model for smaller naga, a motorcycle that has the acceleration controlled by the tightening or loosening of coils wrapped around the 'barrel' of the machine. It stands upright on her own, and is her current means of getting from on place of the city to another. She's attending college to learn how to assemble vehicles, and is a loner there.

Quick OOC stuff. She doesn't reform. Meaning, if killed or digested, it's about as permanent for her as it can be. Will I stop playing her? Probably not, unless I get truly tired. Also, I prefer literate partners. If you have a condition that prevents that, it's fine, but I do want people to actually try a little. Beyond that, she's a purple storm short naga. Have fun. :3

Nell_Naga has agreed to be her guardian, and despite the strange way that they met, she finds herself trusting Nell rather deeply. She has also demonstrated her technical prowess by helping fix one of her friend's best arcade machines. :3
