In Ilysia's case, she's always known she didn't fit in. She was too.... chaste, really, to fit in amongst her own kind. They all thought she shouldn't care about how others feel, or how she feels, and should just... DO it, you know? Be a proper succubus.
She had two words for that: Fuck no.
It's why she's here, really. She decided to pack up and leave, move up to the mortal realm. She's been there ever since, really, looking for... well, someone in particular. If asked, though, she'd have to say, she'll know them when she sees them.
In the meantime, though, there's so much here! So many things to see and do, so many people to meet, so many interesting areas to explore... her favorites, so far, are libraries, though used bookstores are perhaps tied for that. She spends her time wandering around, looking for good books and movies and perhaps, on occasion, video games. She loves a good story, and she enjoys new experiences to go with that. Good food, good drink, and good company have made this place a paradise, of sorts, for her. She's not been bored ONCE since she showed up!
Of course, there are drawbacks as well. After all... she IS a succubus, and she does need to feed, at least at times. However, unlike popular culture would have you believe, it's not sex that is needed, but trust and contact. A kiss, or even holding the hand of someone who cares enough about her, let's her have all she needs.
It should come as no surprise, then, that she's quite physically affectionate. A kiss is common, hugs more so, and she'll often linger with someone, seeming as happy as she can be. Brutish behavior, though, and making an ass of oneself, seems to be a turnoff... probably because it is. It should come as no surprise that she's single, then.... though, she does have a great many friends. She seems, so far, to prefer girls, and her few romances have been with them, but again, she's single now... maybe she simply hasn't found what she's looking for.
Of course, she's quite physically impressive, as a succubus. She's got a fairly stereotypical figure, reminiscent of Morrigan's from Darkstalkers(down to the headwings, even! Though, she has a tail). However, her hair is a lovely, dark purple shade, and her eyes are a bright, silver blue. Typically, she's also not going to be wandering around in such a revealing outfit as Morrigan's, preferring something rather more tasteful, like a business suit, or something similar. This is mostly due to her preference for finer fabrics, though. You could say she has expensive tastes.
Then again, around here, who knows what her other tastes might be?
A note on her anatomy: While her gender may be set to herm, you'd never know it, even if you got her naked. She's a shapeshifter, of sorts, able to conceal many things and pass for human. In other words, herm on request. Unless otherwise stated, she looks entirely female.
