Personality: Inaba is a (so far I see) rare kind of desert snake lady, tho she may be based on a naga, she is most likely from the lamia as she is original from greece. She hides underneath the sand as her horns and maybe some of her rock like tail sticks out, awaiting for a prey to devour.

More Info: The cerastes is a serpent that is incredibly flexible, so much so that it is said to have no spine. Cerastae can have either two large horns or four pairs of smaller horns. The cerastes hides under the sand with only the horns protruding out of the surface; this is meant to deceive others and to make them curious at what they are. When the prey approaches the cerastes, the cerastes suddenly twines round it and encircles and devours it.
SPECIAL Abilities:
Sand Swimming - She is able to swim in sand for some reason, well I am sure it is more burrowing but it looks likes swimming. She will be able shift sand to what ever way she likes it, making holes and traps to catch her prey with.
Sandy Camouflage - She can hide just underneath the sand with her horns sticking out of the ground. This is so she can lure prey close to her and to ambush them at the last second, trapping them within her coils and of course eating them.
