Inara hatched alone in a cave, as her parents had died trying to protect her from a pissed-off dragon. Ironically, both her mother - a succubus - and her father - a phoenix, were burned to death.
The girl fended for herself in the wilderness, able to survive her first long while in the cave with what was in her parents' stores.
Soon, though, she felt the call to adventure and left, never looking back.
