This is Ino Yamanaka. She is a young ninja from the leaf village, and has the chūnin rank. From her early childhood on, Ino always viewed herself as something better than her comerades, an attitude she has a hard time laying down. Her signature ability though is a mind control jutsu, where she takes over the control of an enemies body. She is in charge when she manages to pull it off, leaving the opponents movements to her will. It has a backdraw though, as her own body becomes motianless as long as she maintains the jutsu.

Combined however with a set of skills she learned by chakra control and body manipulation, she has a deadly method of dealing with someone she is fighting. While she controls a body, she lets it walk up to Inos own figure, and begins to let the enemy stuff him or herself into the blonde ninjas throat. She can stretch her jaws, gullet and stomach abnormally wide, up to the point of being able to swallow a person whole and alive. And more than once she has did - enhancing her cleavage by turning some idiots that fall for her powers into titfat after she is done with digesting and dumping them.
