Story
Of the medival time where this happens, vore is normal of course. Isa is of a breed of horse that is bred more for their uses for a knight. They are mobile homes of sorts, able to carry up to several tons. Their bones and muscles are very strong. The mare is able to sprint many a mile... however one down side, all that density and strength makes them a Heavy weight which is why their saddle is normaly enchanted with a spell known as float to keep them afloat in water so they don't drown.
So yes, when you get Isa, she will come with a saddle regardless how the Mare is met.
So what ways are their? Well I expect that someone meets them somehow, at the stable where they are sold. They purchase their Knight horse, a knight, mercenary, or just normal person. They could meet her wild but she will have something that acts as her float spell to keep her from drowning if water ends up being the only way. Though a knight horse is not a boat, don't try to cross any body of water more than a river.
Now the insides. Well you aren't bringing a house into her, but you are finding a bed in her. Just take your pick. One will be full of leaves and grass, others... one wills smell and possibly have extra in there, and last is the soft and place that is intended for the owner... And yes one more part about a knight horse is that they bond with their owner on the first night...
Now being food to one is not suggested. Nor would be accepted by any stable as they look to keep them healthy. It takes a long time for the stomach to break down meat due to what their use is. A Knight horse likes eating however they know what is well for them. OFten times what is green is what they eat. Even if it is somehow poisonous, surprisingly it won't do anything but give the runs.
Well that is about what can be said about them... So how about it... Want a lovely mare to own?
