Appearance

Firm and elegant, Isimeria stands head and shoulders above most at 9'10" (299 cm) tall. Her form, while not bulky, is nonetheless well-toned, a testament to her long years spent toiling first in the farms and then as a wandering warrior. The exact amount of time she spent in each profession is unknown, but her fluency in a variety of ancient languages suggests there is some aspect of her that lies beyond the mere mortal.

Personality

Her Highness Isimeria Aionia, Queen of the Balanced Sun and Moon, often suprises visitors with her practical nature and simple lifestyle. "Truly an odd thing for a queen to forgo a crown" is a statement commonly muttered by some bedwildered diplomat, to which Isimeria will calmly and politely explain that if she needed a hunk of metal and shiny rocks for the people to tell that she's queen, she wouldn't have been doing a very impressive job of ruling. Do not mistake this simplicity of lifestyle for that of mind, however; beneath her cinder-black hair lies a cold intellect of the highest caliber.

Abilities/Equipment

In addition to her natural size and strength, Isimeria posesses incredible magical potential, specifically tending towards the natural arts. Wretched storms and shaking earth are preludes to her rage; woe to the unprepared target. If nature's fury is not enough to resolve the issue, the queen of Equinox is more than capable of taking the field, wielding her scepter as a vicious cudgel that culls her foes like wheat with each lightning-quick blow. Should even that prove insufficient to quell the insolence of those who would resist her, it is possible that yet another trick lies dormant...

There are occasionally threats to her subjects that cannot be dispatched with simple sword and spell. Isimeria has discovered... alternate ways of handling them. Furthermore, it is not unheard of for certain heinous crimes to be punished rather decisively. It is even rumored that citizens can offer themselves for a night if they catch her in just the right mood - this happens to be true, though she remains confused by it even so and insists on either regurgitating them after a time or performing a ritual to bind and restore their souls. Ambitious, fallible, prone to mortal failings; she is all of these things and more, but not a tyrant.
