He was very good in school with straight A's. And was the top of his class.

He knows the mafia and they help keep him away from predators that have been put in jail
And that are let free. His rules are simple all prey that has a red ear tag is able to be hunted anytime after 6 pm
. And any tag with blue is free anytime. Usually for preys that have done major crimes.
Joseph is the one who protects the red tags as they are good people and need someone to stand up for them.

He is very cocky and it could be his downfall if he gets his ego going.
He is very smart and sometimes witty and very skiddish around new people. But the
people he trusts he's good with and a great friend.
