Background:
James is an average student who doesn’t stand up in the crowd, making more of a loner. Born and raised in Scotland and now attending his last year at the Nexus high school. He moved to Nexus forced by his parents since he turned 18 years old. They said him this would be the perfect place to become a man. He wasn’t agreeing with them just as any other would in his late puberty, but couldn’t come with other options either.
As a teenager he experimented at home wildly with chemical compounds to make plants grow faster for making a profit. He never told his parents about the possibilities he already discovered with his minor knowledge. If they knew he would probably be working 24/7 for them at the farm they own. This made it clear for him to move out instead of working a job he didn’t want. If his ideas and experiment would work, he wanted credit for it and not stolen from him by his parents.

Everyday life:
Nowadays living on his own he's handling a tough life to pay the bills while still attending school. His expensive hobby with biological chemicals, making it even harder, but he’s determined in his actions believing that the investments would eventually pay off. Knowing he has gold in his hands he’s not likely to reveal his ideas or even accomplishments he already made with his hobby.

OOC:
This is not limited to a high school setting, he can meet RP partners on his way in and out of school. He can be in the woods looking for raw materials for his hobby as well.
