Jason McMillian is a reserved, quite, an intelligent man. He grew up in a quite neighborhood and had few friends in his youth, his real friends were books for a long time. But as he got older and met more like minded people he became more socially aware and branched out a bit. However, he's still the quite bookworm at heart, and despite his growing up is still the type to keep to himself. This has made him actually very curious about various social activities. He's never really drank, or been to rowdy parties. He's not a virgin, though he's only ever had sex with one woman (and 2 times at that). He's heard of things, but never seen them, making him wonder if they are in fact true or not.

Despite all this, his life is very normal and it wouldn't be too presumptuous to say that he liked it that way. He stays in his room like his own little world, a place where he can control everything and be safe from the oddities of the outside world. Now he is moving to college and will have that world turned upside down though. He is aware of this and feel prepared, but i guess you and i both know that he isn't prepared for anything like whats waiting for him in this world
