Jenny is your typical college busy student. She studies for hours each day and struggles for B's. She diets, eats right, runs, and even goes to the gym for weight training. However, all she has done is maintain her thin body. She only has modest curves, but what she does have is incredibly perky and firm. She is well put together, but after all the training she doesn't gain a pound or any strength what so ever.
The thing is, she has a small cursed tattoo on the base of her neck just a over her back. The darn thing sucks the strength and brain power from her. She feeds it every day with her workouts and studies, all just to maintain her current form. Were she not to do so, and get lazy, the tattoo would suck her strength, size, and IQ. Its hard to come back from such deficits. If someone touches her tattoo, they can become fed with her strength, size, and IQ. With a bit of practice, someone could take one, or all, and at their determined rate. Magical beings may be able to access her tattoo without physical touch. This is why she usually keeps it covered at all times.
