Jedah Dohma, the youngest of the three Lords of Makai, has a little problem. Somewhere between planning to save the slowly rotting Kingdom of Makai, getting destroyed by Morrigan, and (as always) returning to life, the former Lord has ended up as a Lady. While he (or, technically, she, now) is quite certain it has to do with Dimitri's meddling during the battle with the heir to the Aensland house, she has no idea how to fix it. On top of that, being destroyed at the Gate of Makai again has hurled the self-proclaimed Dark Messiah into an entirely separate world, one that is neither the realm of Men nor the realm of Makai. A realm rich in blood and souls to be gulped down and added to her power. A new realm to save from itself and bring to perfection.

Unlike dread Carcosa, lost Carcosa.

Come to think of it, maybe Jedah doesn't have a problem.

In terms of power, the exiled Lady of Makai is no slouch. Her body is far more malleable and chargeable to her will, and she can heal at an almost impossible rate. Her blood is almost totally under her control, allowing such disturbing feats as using her blood to sever her own hand internally, launch the hand off, then draw it back with the same crimson fluid, to heal and reattach instantly. She has a pair of 'wings' that hover behind her back, not actually attached, and are more like scythes styled to look like wings than actual wings. Jedah will eagerly pluck them from her back to swing them as weapons, use them for flight, or even hurl them at people. And since they remain part of her body, she can manipulate their shape and position in air. Jedah can use this power to 'bend' herself to be more male, or at least she can get her manhood back, but she can't overcome the effects of the Midnight Bliss besides that. Finally, her ability to manipulate souls is substantial, capable of absorbing them from the recently dead or from those whose soul is too weak to resist her pull.

Jedah only resorts to violence when needed, often preferring to coerce or convince people into serving her wishes. Especially since, lately, the Lady of Makai has found a far more satisfying use for the living. It didn't used to occur to her the matters of sex, but ever since Dimitri trapped her in this body and she was destroyed at the Gate of Makai, she's had a relentless urge to fuck. It's gotten to where she's even more interested in banging someone than consuming someone... but shouldn't a Dark Messiah get a little time off?
