Something of a international celebrity, the illusive fugitive known only as "Joel" is a world renown master thief at the height of his professional career. Having gained notoriety for regularly stealing famous valuables such as historic paintings, gold, jewels, statues, and ceramics. His disinterest in stealing money has given the public reason to romantize him as a gentleman thief. In some cases even making him out to be a Robinhood type figure. Though many anonymous donations to various charities were claimed to have been submitted by the thief himself, there is no such evidence linking any of the transactions to him thus far. Though his identity is unknown, his heist are linked together only by the postcards he leaves behind at the scene of the crime, often with a message inscribed on the back of them. Believed to be in his prime with no sign of stopping, there are several large cash bounties offered by different countries for his capture.
