~~History~~

Juli, and Uvalu both grew up on Earth, born from the same clutch, and from a herm mother, and a normal female mother, who they remain in contact with consistently. As they grew up, they learned the intricacies of their natural species abilities. As they quickly grew into adults, Juli began to work in science, where she developed mechanical technologies and serums, alongside some genetic modifications. As she quickly became wealthy through her work, she moved with Uvalu to a nice mansion on a secluded snow planet, where she builds extremely varied, interesting, and even lewd technology. After some time of living peacefully with Uvalu, and working her job, she came in contact with an intriguing goddess known as Azorath, who promised to help Juli develop even more bright technology in return from friendship, and occasional favors of various kinds, and also offered Uvalu more skill in her line of work, alongside other things, for the same cost. They both accepted, becoming close "servants" to the goddess, although they are treated far more well than such.

In the meantime, she also got into the hobby of video gaming, being an internet hog, TV, and movies, becoming something of a nerd culture fanatic in the process. She has a very strong love for pop culture and video games, among many other things. She even began to go into streaming on websites, playing video games, watching shows, and even doing occasional weekend lewd streams, to little surprise of others. She is a very popular streamer, and has even begun to dabble int working on video games...with a bit of magic from Azorath in the mix for some really interesting combos.

~~Personality~~
Juli is a confident, outgoing, fun loving, slightly mischevious, and loving smol drago. She loves her job in science, and has a huge love for nerd culture, video games, TV, movies, machines, engineering, and science. She also has a very strong love for her sister, Uvalu, not willing to let anything bad happen to her, even if Uvalu is more protective over the shortie than Juli is to her. Juli is also quite a bit energetic, especially when horny. It isn't very difficult to get Juli horny at all, especially when her sister is involved. Juli is very explorative, willing to try a huge variety of things, which is part of the reason she even does lewd streams every weekend. ~~Physical Appearance~~

Juli is pretty much as you see in the picture, although there are several differences that are worth mentioning, as well as some general information worth discussing as well. Juli is 4'0" in height, and of a particularly curvy stature. She has ~C cup breasts, with a large set of hips, thighs, and a big, plump butt. ~~Agility and Strength~~
Juli possesses a notable speed, partially thanks to her dragonic body, and smaller size, overall being capable of moving notaly faster than an everage human. She also has incredible strength, being able to punch a person through several hillsides if desired. She has become extremelly good at being able to pristinely control how much strength she uses, however, and often keeps herself just somewhat above the strength of powerful humans.

~~Superheated Blood~~
Juli's blood is considerably warmer than the blood of most people. While it doesn't make terribly much of a difference on it's own, it can be heated up for various effects on Juli's body, including further increased agility and strength, hotter fire and a heightened libido as the blood gets hotter.

~~Firebreath~~
Juli has fire breath, and at that a special kind. Her fire burns at a significantly hotter heat than most other fire, having a distinct, vibrant blue glow, so much so that even smoke and stream that comes from her mouth can have a subtle blue glow to it.

~~Stretchy~~
Juli has well above any level of human average levels of stretchines,s capable of even being comparable to rubber. She can take insertions well above her size with little issue, as well as being more bendable than even skilled gymnists..

~~Unnatural Abilities~~

Gene-Mod Abilities: I'll just bundle these all into one thing to get this out of the way.
