Julie was born with a natural talent for stealth. When her mother and father were killed by a predator she dispatched it with ease, leading to her name making the news. Eventually she turned that bit of fame into a career and ever since she was 11 has been taking out targets. No one ever suspects the little girl. Unfortunately her grim career has made her jaded and cruel. Her cockiness usually overrules any dramatics for the girl though.

She is always well equipped for the task, having used her fame and fortune to procure all manner of gear. Due to a strange cannibalistic fetish of hers she sometimes will even eat her targets! Most of the time they just end up riddled with holes from her machine pistol.

Due to the consumption of quite a few female targets, the young girl has gained an impressive enough bust that she has had to undergo special surgery to her spine to walk upright. A side benefit of the surgery is she is much stronger than before and can lift heavy objects twice her weight.
