Julius DeFaye. Not a mad genius as much as he is a disgruntled one. Being born both an albino and blind has always earned him either pity or scorn from people outside his family. Seen as helpless by most, Julius threw himself into the world of learning, reading (or listening to, rather) every single book he could get his hands on, even the dictionary. By his early teens it was clear he was a technological prodigy, throwing every ounce of his knowledge into becoming technically adept, learning how to use, program, and then build computers, before learning the secrets of physics. He currently lives with his sister, earning money from patents and probably breaking several laws (and not just government ones) in the workshop in the house's basement.
