2.Girls grow up with latent magical powers that become active once they hit puberty
3.Girls get many special priveleges and treatment thanks to their innate powers. (think Matriarchy)
4.Boys on the other hand are gifted with special magical resistance at puberty
5.The resistance is extremely potent but there is an easy workaround. A single orgasm can leave a boy completely helpless for a period of time to most competent casters.
6.The weakness can last anywhere between 15 minutes to a whole entire week. The intensity of the orgasm as well as the amount of orgasms influences this.
