A hermit who's interests rest within Taoism and to whom which
Miyako_Yoshika takes orders from. Seiga can be known as one or two things; a charismatic and beautiful teacher of Taoism and ways that could lead to eternal life...or a wicked, scheming woman who's heart is as hollow as the walls she often passes through
. No one knows for sure which side she truly leans upon but, it's without a doubt that she teeters from each one on occasion quite a bit. Seiga herself does not seem very threatening in appearance, and is well known for her looks and charm. The hermit likes to study others and the ways in which they work, taking in their and using them for...whatever is in her best interest. Seiga often associates herself with those whom she feels can further whatever plan she has brewing underneath those blue hair loops and as such, she can be depicted as someone who either uses others to get what she wants or is someone who hasn't had an honest to true friend before. Seiga certainly doesn't protest to the occasional minion who wishes to ally themselves with her and (usually) treats them well. However, the hermit is also quite watchful and, sometimes, cautious around her ally, more often than not keeping their relationship at a distance as to make sure she does not lose sight of any signs of betrayal at their hands.
Beyond her usual motives and questionable morals, Seiga likes to read and is usually involved with intellectual things and studies
. One of her more interesting relationships is her longest lasting one pretaining to the jiang-shi, Miyako Yoshika. Seiga revived her using a form of necromancy and, since then, she's actually grown quite attached to her "cute underling". Yoshika's slow witted behavior doesn't seem to bother or conflict much with Seiga's intelligent demeanor and the two can make a rather formidable pair when battling together. The others associated with one Toyosatomimi no Miko don't seem to gain much of an opinion from Seiga, however Miko herself could be a different story given it was she who taught Miko "the charms" of Taoism long ago.
Seiga's abilities are often kept under wraps by the hermit herself, but there are several that are obvious. Her native attribute is the ability to pass through walls which, interestingly enough, does not mean she can simply phase through walls like that of a phantom of ghost
. In truth, the ability actually effects the physical wall and simply means, Seiga cuts a hole into the wall using her hair stick
. Whether the ability is possible with out her hair stick is widely unknown but, it's believed she can do the same even if she doesn't have it. The next of her abilities seem to pertain to necromancy and the dark arts, these magical aptitudes being put to use in reviving and controlling Miyako Yoshika. It is believed that Seiga may have control over more than just Yoshika's corpse and might have a small group or army of jiang-shi tucked away elsewhere waiting for use. Beyond these capabilities, Seiga does not boast any other powers but, it's rumored she's got far more than just the above two under her belt...
