Conceited, Condescending, Cruel. All words used to describe all of the sorceresses in Kasarana's order. They are all taught to behave this way, whether it is in their natural personality or not doesn't matter. Despite this, Kasarana does have a good side and a bad side.

The fastest ways to get on her bad side are to short-change her with money, beat her in a gambling match, or call her a witch. (Witches are wicked, slovenly, or otherwise unskilled sorceresses that will do almost anything. Even if Kasarana is technically a witch, calling her one will certainly put you in bad favour with her.)

The best ways to get on her good side are to show her that you are competent, offer her something she wants, smooth-talk her, and put up with her bad-natured front.

Kasarana was known as a child prodigy among magicians, and thus was expected to become the greatest of her kind. Her parents had great hopes for her, naming her after the highest sorceress of all, Lady Kasarana (who had started her order and led many other orders of sorceresses and held great esteem and respect from all who knew of her). Instead of bringing her order and family honour and prestige, she turned her back on her destiny and lost herself in gambling. Now she'll do almost anything to collect the gold to pay off her debts. She'll perform any spell, fight any monster, and retrieve any lost item, all for the right price.

She even goes as far as purposely putting people in danger in order to bribe them into paying her to spare them!
