A yamabiko that hails from the mountains and is known for her native ability to reflect sound waves and control echoes to some degree. Kyouko came to enter the buddhist discipline after it became known that echoes were no longer seen as strange or unknown, the yamabiko coming to take up residence in the Myouren Temple where Byakuren and her group settled. Kyouko is currently a priest in training, and has the duty of cleaning and confronting trespassers. Kyouko herself is a rather jovial individuals, having a cheerful outlook and also boasts a diligent sense of duty. She's especially fond of one, Mamizou. Kyouko has been known to be rather loud at times as well, a lack of an indoor voice seeming to repel people from her, rather than attract.
