There are many, many types of fairies in the world. Several are little more than humanoid insects, with the brains to match. Others are as intelligent - if not more intelligent - than humans. Some even have magical powers. There's one type of fey that embodies all three types... while alone, they're just pretty little human-shaped insects, with butterfly wings and bodies around a foot long. However, when they bond with another creature, their intelligence rises to match that of their bonded master, and they gain access to their magical powers - which they use entirely to please their new master. While so bonded, both creatures, fairy and master, become effectively immortal, unable to die as long as their bond lasts. However, the bond is fragile - too much emotional strain on their relationship can sever it.

One day, a human girl - named Katherine - discovered one of these pretty little 'wish fairies', in the coils of a snake. The girl, not knowing the first thing about fairies, was quick to free the pretty little thing, using a large rock to smash the snake's skull in. The fairy was overjoyed at being freed, and the bond was quickly formed, confusing the girl to no end when the fairy began talking to her when, moments ago, it actually seemed less intelligent than the snake.

The fairy, dubbed 'Lin' by her new master, was quick to latch onto her master and go about pleasing her. The girl's every wish was granted. If she wished not to be hungry anymore, she'd get food... if she wished her hair was longer, it would get longer, and so on. The girl kept this a secret from her parents, of course - she had no idea how they would react - and so she kept most changes to a minimum. While testing the limits of Lin's wish-granting abilities, she discovered that she couldn't simply make someone not hungry, and she couldn't kill anything with her powers... however, Katherine, somewhat adventurerous as she was, found a creative way to fix that little problem...

Katherine herself is around five or six years old. She stands at a height of around three feet and six inches, and has long, flowing hair, the colour of which tends to change every day, although it usually defaults to a nutty brown. Her eyes are blue, and her skin is a soft creamy colour. Her clothes tend to consist of cute summer dresses, even in the middle of winter - quite a while ago, she wished not to be cold anymore, and Lin took the wish to its logical extreme and made her immune to cold.

Lin, meanwhile, appears to be an adult, standing at a height of around one foot. She is thin and lithe, without too many curves, although her bust and hips are still rather feminine. She wears no clothes at all, and her skin is a very pale green - her nipples and lips being a darker green, matching her hair and eyes. From her back sprout a pair of large buttlerfly wings, which have 'eye' patterns on both sides, in several different shades of green.

Lin can be somewhat... overly eager to please her mistress. Even offhand comments often bring magical results, and sometimes the fairy just uses her wish-granting powers even when Katherine doesn't say anything. Lin is also very obviously in love - some might say lust - with her master. Lin also likes big breasts... often resulting in Katherine being caught unawares and falling flat on her face from all the extra weight.
