Has access to a nice terrace that allows a view over the beach and the yacht harbor of Nexus city. While his restaurant is located in the more pricy area of Town it does not sell overpriced food. Keeth is the owner of the land and the building itself and has his cave like private home underneath the restaurant. His windows are hidden inside the cliff, allowing the same view as the terrace above them.
