Born as a mere Eevee pup 22 years ago, Keira Nami was always the lively little Pokemon, friendly towards both Pokemon and Non-Poke kind alike. a curious and adventurous soul that often wandered down to the fringes of the forest to a day care center run by a lovely old couple to say hello to all the Pokemon and people that came and went. Truly the young Eevee was living the dream, but something felt missing.

Time went on, Keira grew to the age of 14 with no real change in her lifestyle, she wasn't sad by any means but was yearning for something new, something adventurous, little did she know she was about to stumble upon it. The various Pokemon of the forest seemed to be gathering around a distraught looking Nidorina, turns out her child had wandered down into an odd cave and hadn't returned for some time, the cave had been a forbidden place to all the young Pokemon since their birth but in truth even the adults did not know what was in there. Keira watched as various adult Pokemon merely bickered and argued about who should go down, they all turned in shock as Keira took matters into her own hands and raced down into the darkness, it took some time of crossing dangerous ravines and battling through more violent Pokemon, but determination brought Keira to the central chamber were the Nidoran♂ was being pulled towards a huge lake formation by a Crocanaw looking to make the tiny Poison type a tasty meal, Keira pounced at the Reptilian predator, knocking him and herself back into the water, things turned bleak however as the Crocanaw gripped Keira and began swimming down towards the center of the lake in attempt to drown his assailant.

Keira struggled with all her might but it wasn't enough, she was slowly losing consciousness as her lungs filled with liquid. Slammed against a strange crystal formation in the center of the lake by the greedy Naw, she had pretty much given up as her life ebbed away, then suddenly, a glow, a bright blue glow, blinding to the Naw, causing him to release his grip and swim back to avert his gaze, when the light had faded the Eevee was no more, now in her place, a beautiful and serene looking Vaporeon, with new found power she quickly defeated the predator and sent him running. The crystal, which turned out to be a raw natural Water Stone cluster, lost it's glow, the power had transferred into Kiera, more power than was necessary for evolution. She emerged from the lake and guided the young Nido back to safety.

Upon being congratulated by the elated Poke-Community when they emerged Keira realized something felt very different, when she spoke her words sounded different, human almost, some kind of universal speech, puzzled she decided to visit their Elder, a wise old Torkoal who explained that the cave's natural properties were something unheard of before, the cave allowed natural evolution to occur in Pokemon that were ready for it, however something had caused Keira to evolve beyond her average Eevee state, she had crossed some kind of barrier between Human and Pokemon.

Time went by, Kiera perfected her powers, soon she was able to assume the form of a Human and a rather beautiful one at that, she earned herself a job at that old Pokemon Day care center for a good few years before becoming it's owner once the old couple passed away, with no lineage of their own Kiera was gifted their home and their buisness as though she was their own daughter. She now serves as a professional Pokemon Carer and a guardian to her old home and the Pokemon that live there.

Abilities:

.Kiera can manipulate the element of Water, she is able to move and bend it to her will and can force it into any shape or form to use as a tool, a weapon, or just for enjoyment.

.Kiera can convert her entire body into water and melt away losing her structure completely, able to reform at any moment and change her size, shape and form at free will. Tends to stick to forms that resemble aquatic life.

.Kiera can swallow a person whole, thanks to her bodies structure being flexible she is able to stuff someone into any orifice (including skin) and then convert them into water aswell.
