Kellia

Kellia was born to a human mother, and has always been slightly set apart from other people. Being half human and half Pokemon, she's never really fit in anywhere. Oh, sure, people always go out of their way to make her feel welcomed, but she always feels... somewhat detached.

Kellia looks to be around ten or eleven, but stands at a height of only four feet or so. She always wears the same frilly white dress and green stockings, and feels uncomfortable wearing anything else. She claims that her hair is just naturally tied up like that, and she's never seen with her hair worn any differently, although she's always got a smirk when she says it...

From a very early age, Kellia has always been 'cursed' with a deep hunger. Normal food doesn't really sate it, although her mother tried. When she was five years old, Kellia finally broke down and ate her mother, discovering what she was really hungry for... Now, she only ever eats things that are still living, and preferably ones that she can talk to. There's nothing better than digesting someone begging you to stop~

Kellia has faint psychic powers, although nothing on the order of an actual Pokemon. She is, however, immune to dragons, which is something she's always been proud of.
