Khagi is here as part of the Cultural exchange between demi humans and humans as a whole. As part of the Foreign Species recently revealed by the government to be quite real despite the many folk tales, she has been given a permit to integrate herself into human society. There are a few rules of conduct she must follow, but she's noticed ever since arriving here shes yet to see a single Enforcer touting the Species Exchange Bill. Because of that, she's quite free to behave as she sees fit. But she does still adhere to a few customs laid out by this rule, for she doesn't want to get deported should an Enforcer actually show up.
Being what she is, certain behaviors have been leveled her way; some justified and some hilariously outlandish even to her. As a Lamia, she does have a few quirks that separate her from integrating easily into human culture. While her upper half is the embodiment of womanhood, with firm breasts and an hourglass figure to match; her lower half extends for another thirty feet of solid scale. While she does wear clothing, it can only hide so much where she is concerned. Her breasts nearly pop out of her thin clothing, and since she doesn't wear pants she's restricted to skirts. It doesn't take much happening around her to render her clothes useless, but it pays to keep up appearances when meeting with people socially. After all, her ultimate goal is to become a normal citizen, at least insofar as she can be normal.
As part of the Exchange, she is required to have a Host family in order to move about publicly. While Daniel_Wolfen was kind enough to open his home to her, he was rarely about this place despite his lack of normal work. As such, one usually finds her lounging about his pool or at least somewhere in and around his mansion by the Lake. She seems quite keen on him, usually relating stories about their adventures together in both the literal and physical senses. They had seen many things together, and he has been a very kind teacher to her as she grew and developed. Her room is upstairs and directly above the front entrance, allowing her a keen view of the Park and it's inhabitants she's been forbidden (By the Law, not Daniel) to interact with without her Host. It was out of her power though should one of Them come to Her as she stared out her window daydreaming. Daniel kept his house clean, but also very semipublic (except for a few rooms kept locked at all times) and open to all his friends, so she was quite used to seeing people come and go.
Her human half is of a normal size, at least when compared to other humans. Her snake lower half though is roughly the size of her human waist through and through. It narrows at the tip of course, but mostly she's the same size as a human would be in width. With a total length being almost thirty six feet, she could hardly be called small. She usually keeps her coils under her though, using them as both a seat and her first line of defense should someone get aggressive with her. Being of the constrictor variety, she lacks venomous fangs and instead uses her muscled lower half to crush an adversary or (non sentient) prey. She has quite a bubbly attitude though, prefering to make friends with others she meets unless they deem it fit to poke fun at her and her behavior.
What is this Law, and how can we beat it?
The Law is simple. All demihumans cannot harm or be harmed physically by a human. This includes sexual relationships, as well as actual confrontation. But, it's enforcers must have concrete evidence to support the claims. If caught, she will immediately be deported to her homeland, never to return. Her host would be placed under arrest, and charges would be filled to keep the peace between the lamia and human governments. This all requires her actually being caught, though..
