long ago, in another dimension, demons ruled supreme. they stole humans to be slaves, toys, and eventually food. they did not care who they killed, nor about their 'rights,' as the humans caled them. no, they did as they pleased-hunting, enslaving, killing-whatever they chose to do was allowed, as long as they did not alert the forces of good to their presence. despite this, some demons were greedy-they let themselves be seen, be feared-and eventually, be defeated. wizards, sorceresses, townsfolk-all started killing the demons. enraged, the king of the demons, Othisin, cast out those who would expose them, and took his dimension elsewhere, making it impossible for demons to pass between worlds.
after the remaining few demons and their followers were driven into hiding in hell or killed, there was peace in the human workd for centuries. it modernized, grew, prospered. the demons, however, were not as fortunate-with their supply of labor, fun, and food cut off, the demon world suffered. their armies shrank as some starved to death, some were killed for food, and just about everyone raged out against the king, trying to get him to give in and let them free, with passage back to the human world. for centuries, Othisin refused, and eventually his son, Ganvador, overthrew him.
Ganvador claimed to have killed his father, and stole the throne. he helped his kingdom, and, even without the humans, got it back on its feet again. he ruled for another century, living well, having many offspring until he took a wife, and eventualy came across the secret to his father's greatest feat-hiding their world. he studied for decades, then, at long last, re-opened the door to the human world. the world of man, however, was very different-they had technology, and had a system that seemed to care about those who disapeared. so they eventually they sealed that door and tried again, where they found a wonderful surprise-the Park. they found it to be such a wonderful place, they pulled their world from their dimension and implanted it into a castle they built-one that is hidden within the park.
so now, deep in the woods, when you pass a certain point, you come across an enormous castle. within the castle is the entire world of demons-a place you never, ever want to enter.

Royal Demons:
Ganvador
Ganvador is the king of the demons. he is the one who has ruled for centuries, made their world semi-self-reliant, and reopened the door between the worlds of the demons and the Park, and is the reason that they now reside in the Park.
Despite being a demon, he is a fair, strong leader, and isnt really all that evil. he just wants what is best for his world, even if it means leaving it to become a part of this new world. but dont tink of him as a pushover-he may be a fair, just leader, but he is stil a demon. he's incrediby powerfu, and capabe of taking on armies by himself-and emerging victorious. he is not a demon to be trifled with, unless you are sure you can beat him.
His name, in the old demonic language, means "of the strength and noble"
Kentani
Kentani is the Queen of the Demons, and is the true ruler of the world she is from. while Ganvador rules them, she is behind him, pulling his strings, getting him to do what she wants-she is the true reason that they left their dimension-she convinced her husband that it would be best for their nation, so he opened the door to othere worlds once more.
Kentani's name, in the old demonic language, means "irresistably manipulative"
Arma
Arma is the daughter of Ganvador and Kentani, and has a younger twin brother. She has a dark, deep destiny intertwined with ber brother's, and knows every detail of it-for under her eye patch is a truely demonic eye-one that gives her an incredible gift-the ability to peer into the future. she can see just about everything that will ever happen, and loves it all-the chaos, the destruction-even the terriible deed she must do. because she knows how every event will turn out before it happens, she takes what seem to be incredible risks and seems to be unstopable. her ability, however, isnt perfect-the immediate present is sometimes hazy, with free will and all. so dont think shes completely invulnerable to attack-theres a chance she could end up in a predator's belly.
Geddon
Geddon is the son of Ganvador and Kentani, and is a mere 7 minutes younger than his twin sister, Arma. he has an incredible destiny, yet is unaware of it and how important he is to the demonic race. he, like Arma, has a truely demonic eye, though instead of seeing the future, like his sister, he sees the past, and is depressed by all that has happened. he has a deep hatred for humans, and would love to see their race destroyed-in theory. when actually around humans, he merely appears brooding and distracted and mumbles alot-but still, this doesnt mean he isnt a threat-his blade of a left hand is incredibly deadly.
Shree
Shree is the youngest of the children of Ganvador and Kentani. not long after her birth-an event that took place hundreds of years after her older siblings, something extraordinary was dixcovered about her-she aged much more rapidly than the other demons, appearing to be a full fledged demoness before her first birthday. and another secret was discovered quickly as well-she could create fiends-little monsters and gremlins that were under her total control. her name means "the gifted one" in the old demonic language.
Aratos
Aratos is the sleazy brother of the great Ganvador. he had planned to murder his father and take over the kingdom and told his brother. the next day, Ganvador became king, and Aratos snuck away in silence-he has been in hiding ever since, affraid his brother will find him and slay him. he beieves he is quite powerful, and more than capable of defeating any who challenge him, but is realy no more powerful than any other regular, low level demon.
and beware of Po, his shapeshifting dragon-shes nasty.
Non-Royal Demons:
Madrea
While Arma can see the future and keeps the information to hersef, Madrea shares her insight for a price, as she sees and knows all. her price can be just about anything-your life, the life of a friend, some souls, or maybe a slave. in return, she tells you your destiny. but there is a problem-chances are when you go to see Madrea, she plans to devour you, so she knows your future-it is short lived.
Sontoya
Sontoya is very different from the other demons-while the other demons all obsess over Destiny and who is running the show, she likes to have fun. she often frequents other worlds, and had actually been slipping away long before the portal has opened, with her own special brand of magic. shes a succubus, though likes to toy with her prey-juuuust when her partner thinks its the best day of their life, their life ends. she steals the souls of both sexes, though seems to greatly prefer the ladies
Ridicura
Ridicura is also a succubus, and loves everythign about it-from the men she seduces to the souls she steals to her incredible figure, there isnt a thing about being a succubus she doesnt love. except one thing-sex itself. she cant stand the thought of someone doing that to her perfect form-so she took a page from Sontoya's book-she kills just before the moment. that doesnt mean she wont do what succubi truely do, but just because shes a succubus doesnt mean shes easy.
Letana
Letana is not a succubus, nor a royal demon-she is a regular demon, trying to make a living off souls. she was the leader of the group that rallied the hardest for access to the human world, and ventures into the park quite often lookin for meals.
Ancient Evils Unleashed:
Most of the demons, when their homeland separated from the human world, tried their best at living their lives normally. Yet there were a few who couldnt stand the thought of going without human souls, and were forced to stay in the world, as the evil they brought about would have been to much for the human world, and Othisin decided to keep them here. enraged, they all disappeared in their own world-the 5 demons went into hybernation, awaiting the day souls would be available once more. in the process, the 5 demons bonded with their resting places, and are now elementals-demons enfused with specific elements. they have now awoken, and plan to wreak much havoc.
Hyla
Hyla chose to rest on a boat, but time rotted the boat away, and she eventually sank to the bottom, where she slowly bonded with the water and sea demons around her. now re-awoken, she plans to devour every swimmer possible-whether it be through actually eating you, drowning you then stealing your soul, or using sea creatures-the water will belong to her.
Fionna:
Bannished Demons: (Still playable)
Yonta
Yonta was bannished from the main part of the kingdon, and was locked away in a cell, deep underground. she is vicious and bloodthirsty, but knows how to control herself-usually. she had attacked the king when he chose her sister over her, and has since been trying to get revenge on her sister for stealing her boyfriend, and the king for choosing her sister over herself.
But that is not the only reason she is imprisoned-in her cell is a door that leads to the original Demon King, Othisin, alive and well. Ganvador had protected his father, who had stepped down when he heard of his son's treachery. he now hides in a peaceful place, waiting for the day his son comes to him for help after his recent, terrible mistake.
