A Dragonsune_Den Alt and now a member of the Worldstriders!
Probably gonna need some reworks at some point or another.
Name:Kirly Gender:Female Species:Kirlia Height:2'7.5" Weight:"Well, normally I weigh about...44 and a half pounds...but if you ask that again, I might weigh a bit more...I m-mean...I'm sorry...it's just rude to ask a lady her weight..."
Normally, Kirly's just a shy little thing, preferring to hide behind or under things...or in some cases, hide behind, under, or even IN people that she already knows and trusts. However, get to know her, and Kirly's what some would describe as the most adorable and friendly little Pokemon you could ever meet. With those she trusts, she loves to cuddle them, and help them out when they need it. She loves to dress up too, and her favorite thing to wear is actually the dress that normally, a Cosplay Pikachu would wear for its 'Pikachu Idol' outfit, as seen above. Try getting to know her, she might be a great friend~!
Basically, I'll be using this for the list of moves she currently knows...occasionally she might get some non-Pokemon based abilities through RPs and such, so those will be put here too.
Unlike MOST Pokemon, Kirly has all 3 possible abilities available to her:
Synchronize:In Pokemon battles, it's used to inflict status ailments on the Pokemon that inflicted it on her. Other times, however, she can make various effects that someone tries to inflict on her affect the person doing it as well, should she choose to activate the ability. Sometimes, she can even use it to just bounce the effect back at the person trying to use it on her, and have it only affect them and not her. But this is only if she actually chooses to use the Synchronize ability. Trace:In Pokemon battles, Trace allows Kirly to copy an opponent's ability. Elsewhere however, Trace allows Kirly to copy and learn the first unique ability someone uses on her. In addition, it also allows her to learn things that people try to teach her a lot faster than anyone else. Telepathy:Protects against friendly Pokemon's damaging moves, normally. Elsewhere, however, it allows her to talk to people via her mind, so she could theoretically send a message to someone without ever speaking if she wants to keep something private in a crowded room, for instance.
Her list of moves currently available to her are as follows: Magical Leaf
Growl
Confusion
Double Team
Teleport
Disarming Voice
Lucky Chant
Heal Pulse
Draining Kiss
Calm Mind
Psychic
Imprison
Future Sight
Charm
Helping Hand
Nightmare
Magic Room
Attract
Grass Knot
Some of Kirly's moves have unique abilities aside from their normal functions. Those moves and their unique additions are as follows:
Magic Room: She can use Magic Room to effectively take her and as many people as she wants to a sort of pocket dimension...for privacy~ Nightmare:She can use Nightmare to enter someone's mind, as long as they're asleep, and be able to talk to and hang out with them in their dreams. Double Team:She can use Double Team to make actual living, breathing clones rather than just illusions that look like her.
"A Worldstrider, is...um...well, we can cross between universes, or Worlds...that's with a capital 'W' not a lowercase 'w'. There's a difference~! Dimension, World, and Universe all mean the same thing...apparently. Between these Worlds there's something called 'The Void', or really, any other nickname depending on the World you're from. In the Void, no universe exists, time and space do not exist, and you can typically see particles from souls who didn't make it through the Void. Becoming a Worldstrider is, effectively, gaining resistance to the Void. To build resistance, a Worldstrider's child typically spends time in his or her mother's womb while she travels through the Void between Worlds. A world's owner, creator, God, whatever you want to call it makes the rules for their world, and a Worldstrider must follow the rules set by that World's owner. The owner also gets to choose whom is allowed to enter the World, but not who gets to leave. They can effectively turn off anything they don't like if they want to within their World. Umm...what else? O-oh! There are a few different ways to travel through the Void. First, there are bridges...slow but the most safe. Then there's Void jumping which is basically jumping over the bridge...faster but more dangerous...then there are shortcuts from temples in various Worlds. Sometimes, a Worldstrider will have their own unique means of travel that they can show their friends. Like animals have packs, Worldstriders have clans. The clan I'm part of is the Artemis Clan, I think. Artemis, the 'leader' or 'mother' of the Artemis Clan is a Gardevoir, so that's why all of us in this clan are Ralts, Kirlia, or Gardevoir. Worldstriders--or at least, Pokemon Worldstirders--still follow their non-Worldstrider counterparts' breeding rules, but abilities? They don't typically have the limits their non-Worldstirder counterparts have. Effectively, they're Gods. Apparently Worldstriders also gain something called a mana pool for each World they visit. This increases how much magic and psychic power they have. Going to a new universe gets another one but the original gets slightly less...potent. I um...honestly, I really don't understand how the decrease in the original mana pool's power works...something about graphs and plateus or something? But the stronger a Worldstrider, the more they er... 'shine' in another Worldstrider's mental radar... Oh yeah, we have mental radars. We don't use our eyes in combat. The stronger a Worldstrider is, the more they 'shine' in another Worldstirder's radar. The stronger a Worldstrider, the more they glow, and the more they glow, the less they can see their opponent's glow over their own. They may be able to knock out the other Worldstrider in one attack, but only if they can actually hit them, which is why, as I'm sure you can imagine, being stronger is as much a hinderence as it is a helpful thing. The weaker Worldstrider can dodge all those attacks if the stronger one can't see them, and they have a huge beacon to attack. In addition, Worldstriders get a huge defense boost, but sometimes, albeit rarely, a Worldstrider can be born with a skin condition that makes them incredibly fragile. A single hit could knock them out. A hard enough punch to the head could kill them. Worldstriders also have the option to control whether or not they age and evolve. Effectively, they're immune to death by old age. Other things can still kill them, but age can't, unless they get tired of life and just decide to end it all. And that's all I've been told so far~"
