The average passerby would assume the person you see above is a girl, a spunky chick at that, but you'd be wrong. Cyril was born entirely male, but as he grew up, those masculine features never really came. Soft skin, slender limbs and a feminine face mixed with a plump tush and his kitty features, nobody would expect this passing neko was a guy. His voice could alert them to this fact, but it is essentially androgynous.
Over the years, Cyril steadily bought more and more effeminate outfits, until he settled on the style of clothes you can see him in, as the neko figured that he was happy with his appearance. May as well go all out! Unlike most people of his kind, Cyril's not the type to easily get all shy and embarrassed. He's quite the opposite, and happy to speak his mind without embarrassment. At least most of the time. There can be occaisions a particularly dominant partner could embarrass this kitty.
This brings us to the lewder stuff! Cyril is fully aware of vore, and capable of various types. He's not one to eat an unwilling person though, he only goes for willing prey. However, most people tend to see him as their next meal. Cats are cunning predators, but they're far from the top of the food chain.
