Koharu is, at first glance, a rather plain-looking human girl. Not much of a body to speak of, bland hair and eye color, and a simple demeanor. However, thinking of her as a "normal girl" couldn't be further from the truth. Koharu is one half of a Celestial, a type of being often referred to as "the authors of existence". Despite this, or perhaps because of it, Koharu acts as an observer to most situations, watching developments occur from the background and occasionally throwing in commentary. She runs an information-broking business with her "sister", Maho_Igarashi.

Abilities

Koharu's abilities are immense and most assuredly godlike, as befitting of even one half of a Celestial. The most prominent example of this is manipulation of causality. She can make anything be the cause for any effect she desires, however this ability has its limits. True omnipotent beings are entirely unaffected by this ability, and if her and Maho were to clash, it would become an endless stalemate. ...together, on the other hand...

Koharu is a switch with a strong pred lean. She's developed the fetish and believes it to work as an "alternative method of payment" for her services. Her internal anatomy, you ask? It's completely up in the air, subject to her whims. If she decides it will be the normal setup, a four-chamber, cowlike setup, a TARDIS bigger-on-the-inside setup, or something more bizarre, it's all up to her.

Personality

Koharu would have you believe that she’s the most pure-hearted, precious soft bean that ever beaned. That is a lie. Beneath that mask of charm and wit is a manipulator, a deceiver. She adores playing people for fools and laughing at their misery. As you can probably tell, she’s definitely something of a sadist too.
