Kregasmia, Goddess Of Twitch Chats

No one knows when exactly it happened. But the how couldn't be any clearer. It was an eSports event like any other. And like any eSports event nowadays, of course it was streamed on twitch. Anyone knows that any eSports event being streamed is going to have a full chat, right? Except... This time was different. Things were considerably more hectic than ever before, and during a particularly exciting moment, the chat went wild.

It was either before, during, or just after that moment, that Kregasmia was born. Poofed into existence, by a universe that had decided that there was a need for such a Goddess. From that moment on, it was Kregasmia's duty to regulate and watch over all twitch chats.


Kregasmia, or known to friends as Kregi, is a pretty easy person to get along with. Well, as long as you can deal with her. The girl is always so.. Excited. There's simply never a dull moment with her. She always speaks incredibly fast, to the point that some may need her to repeat herself. Kregli has a curious verbal quirk, sometimes saying the word "kappa" at the end of her sentences. Her memory is incredibly short term, and in the unlikely event that she gets upset with someone, she doesn't usually stay that way for more than 30 minutes. Predictably, Kregasmia LOVES watching other people play video games, although she's not terribly great at playing them herself.


What does the Goddess of Twitch Chats even DO? That's a good question. A question that Kregy will never give a straight answer to, dodging the question in a different manner every time. However, there are a few abilities and powers that she has exhibited regularly.

Flight - What would a deity be about the ability to fly?

Summoning - Like most Gods and Goddesses, she can summon items and objects that fall under her realm and jurisdiction. In Kregy's case, these are usually computers, screens, things she would need to watch a stream. In addition, it seems that Kregy herself acts as a wi-fi hotspot, supplying internet for herself (and anyone lucky enough to be nearby)

Prehensile Hair - Her long, silky blonde hair is for more than just looks. At will, Kregasmia can cause her locks to seemingly grow exponentially longer, using them as limbs to grab - And bind - things with.

Her Scepter - Kregasmia's scepter is a long, golden rod, with a large crystal ball on the end of it. She takes this staff everywhere she goes, and it seems to be a tool for her to use her powers. She also uses it to send and receive messages from other deities, and can even use it for scrying, remotely viewing other locations. Her staff seems to be bound to her, and whenever it isn't being held by her in some manner, it will simply float, frozen in space. Any attempts to grab, take, or move the scepter will fail, and the person will notice that the scepter seems to remain where it is, as if it were placed in stasis.

Atmosphere Of Absurdity - Another odd property of the goddess is the effect that she seems to have on weaker willed mortals. Those that are in the presence of her for an extended time will find themselves slowly becoming more excitable, more easily riled up by the most insignificant things. They'll begin to talk faster, and may even slip a "kappa" into their speech. In other words, they'll slowly become more like Kregasmia, and more like a twitch chat. This odd effect will wear off shortly after Kregasmia is no longer around them.
