You all know the stories- myths of monsters and madmen who haunt the world in the shadows, harassing the living and attacking the innocent. Werebeasts, vampires, fishmen, abominable creatures of all shapes and sizes, living and undead, even Death itself. They all serve different dark masters, and they all seem to lurk around creepy gothic villages with superstitious commoners and towering abandoned castles filled with crypts, clock towers, desecrated chapels, and laboratories that mix science with the supernatural.

And, usually, there is always a hero or group of heroes who brave these dark terrors, armed with strength, wit, and a divine calling to cast down the servants of the underworld and bring light to the land once more. Names like Van Helsing, Soloman Kane, Simon Belmont, they all go down in history as greats who destroy the forces of evil.

Yes, speaking of the Belmont family... Leena is one, too. A rather obscure member from a continuity no one really quite remembers anymore, she is all the same every bit as powerful as Leon, Trevor, Simon, or Richter when it comes to fighting the living dead. Armed with the blessed Vampire Killer whip, rapier wit, surprising strength and physical ability, and an assortment of magic items including holy water and throwing crosses, there is one particularly special ability of hers that truly separates her from her better-known cousins. She -eats- her enemies.

Yes, eats them. Vampires? Gulp. Werebeasts? Devoured. Even zombies? Gobbled up, provided they're either cooked or not too nasty. It's a strangely efficient, if strangely eccentric method of fighting monsters.

Perhaps that's why she isn't talked about so much.
