Sandwich_Alts had the dumb idea to make a furry Lancer character.

Home Background: Lena was a colonist in the icy world of Helheim designed to the commission of a client of Smith-Shimano Corporation. A hundred-twenty years prior one said customer purchased the rights to colonize Helheim wanting a civilization of anthropomorphic arctic fox people. Hoping for this he spent extra credits to ensure that any research and legal constsraints were taken care of along with the usual expenses in following custom colonies, plus a little extra to clear up any discomfort over making a colony for kink appeal. Lena herself is among the first generation of colonists to make a permanent settlement on Helheim. Just don't ask how this hasn't lead to a moon and an irate god showing up.

Since Adulthood: Upon reaching adulthood Lena became despondant over existing simply because one rich guy wanted to bring his kinks to life. Once Helheim was established, she wanted out. Thankfulle under the law dictated by Union's Three Utopian Pillars, if she wanted to leave Helheim, she was allowed. Further, she was allowed to visit any planet she wanted in Union's Hegenomy. Of course due to how recently developed the colony was it was still difficult to enforce the Pillars to the highest extent. Her big break when a ship for the MirrorSmoke mercenary company stopped by and she took the chance to enlist, showing aptitude for mech piloting and surviving several missions where a normal pilot would have died and even modifying her own mech.

Her Mech and Career: Lena has largely specialized in reconaissance and electronic warfare. Furthermore her prior upbringing, and as she suspects, her appearance also gave her easier access to licenses from Smith-Shimano Corporation, leading to her mech of choice being the agile and sneaky Swallowtail mech.
