Levi_Ackerman

For those not familiar with the series or Levi already, here's a basic rundown:


Personality-wise, Levi is very anti-social and takes a long time to warm up to strangers. Despite his clean and fanciful appearance, he is known to talk in a casual and crass, blunt manner, cursing quite often. This isn't out of disrespect, it's how he treats everybody, because of how he grew up - he had an extremely rough upbringing. That been said, Levi shines in his values. He genuinely cares about those he gets to know and will risk his life to save them without a moment's hesitation. He's very level-headed and quick-witted, able to think on his toes and make good judgement calls in the heat of battle. He's also not arrogant, despite his skills, to the point that it often annoys him when he's praised, he thinks it's a waste of time and energy that could be spent bettering yourself. He's a truly valiant, courageous person, despite his oddities. Deeply emotional, despite hiding it well. It's not the crying type of emotional. It's the reminiscing late at night until you turn yourself into an insomniac kind. He loses everyone close to him again and again, so he's gotten good at thickening his hide. But he always mentions how it was those who sacrificed themselves that saved the day, not him, and so on.

This Analasys is very good in my opinion, and it's very much the lens I view Levi in.


His Backstory:
Levi Ackerman is the captain, or lance corporal, of the Wings of Freedom Scout Regiment from Attack on Titan. Basically, the scout regiment is the elite, specially- trained army of soldiers tasked with the extremely dangerous duty of killing the man-eating giants, or "titans", that plague their lands, and have eaten most of humanity, apparently. Captain Levi is the strongest single soldier of the entire troops, thanks to his bloodline. Ackermans are very rare, all but wiped out, but are essentially a bit of a hybrid between a titan and human, although entirely different than the ones who can become a giant titan at will, such as Eren. Ackermans were used as human 'guard dogs' for the king, but he couldn't control them, and when they went rogue, he had them all killed, other than the few that managed to escape by hiding in the slums of the Underground City. This is where Levi grew up, and the people there have to live in absolute destitution, slowly pining away with what little scraps they can steal until they die from lack of exposure to sunlight. Levi lived a life of crime in the underground there. He carved out quite a name for himself, using the spoils to help support his fellow sufferers, until Commander Erwin Smith found him and made him join the scouts in return for amnesty for his crimes. Growing up in such filthy, abhorant conditions is the reason Levi is a clean freak and has an elegant taste in clothes and drink.

Ackermans have a very strong bond with the one that they become imprinted on, called their "host". This usually occurs after some form of trauma they witnessed, followed by the person they see who they respect the most, especially if it is the one who spared them or saved them from the fate. The traumatic event forces an Ackerman to go through a sort of super-charged Kundalini awakening in an instant, and they suddenly gain the power and knowledge of all of the Ackerman guards from the past. It's explained as "knowing exactly what needs to be done." After the painful awakening, an Ackerman has superhuman speed and strength, reflexes and wit. For example, Mikasa Ackerman had her awakening when she was a very young girl, after she was kidnapped to be sold off as a sex slave, and the perpetrators murdered her mother and father right in front of her. Eren burst in and saved her, stopping the criminals except for one. When Eren was going to be killed himself, Mikasa suddenly awoke, and knew how to stab the murderer through the heart from his back - normally something only a trained assassin could have done.

Levi's awakening happened on his first titan-killing expedition shortly after he was made into a scout member, with his adopted family that he had from the Underground City. The mission was the first time Levi and his family had ever been able to see what the sky looked like, having spent their lives in the slums undeground. Then, later that same mission, both of them died, eaten by a titan, right in front of Levi's eyes. He was horrified, stunned, before he had his awakening, and then he was able to literally dice the titan to thousands of tiny pieces in a fit of ferocious rage. Ever since that moment, he has been second to none in slaying titans, and became known as humanity's strongest soldier.

The king viewed Ackermans as the most elite form of guard dogs for a reason - Ackermans find it almost impossible to fight the powerful instinct to protect this person they imprint on.
Whenever they try to, it gives them a splitting migraine. Their body will try to act on its own to attack the threat if left unchecked. For Levi, his Ackerman primal urges were mostly under control, until the day that Zeke Yeager killed Erwin Smith, who was Levi's host. Levi promised Erwin he would bring down Zeke for him. Ever since, Levi is left with an unfulfilled bloodlust to destroy Zeke, but he is still staying sensible enough to wait until the time is right to do so.


Notes:

♥ If you want a quick scene idea, I love having your OC join the scouts for the duration of the RP. (Any gender, species, doesn't matter.)
There, unaware or safe vore shenanigans can occur, or they could get eaten by a titan and Captain Levi could save them. Levi could be the one who is shrunken, instead, too! They could even gain his trust and then same-size vore him in his captain's quarters when he was off duty. Many possibilities there.

♥ Your character could be captured, mistakening them for a titan shifter, and left under Levi's supervision. There, Levi decides to keep them under his thumb by keeping them in his belly!

♥ Also, in terms of likeminded series or universes, Attack on Titan universe has the technology of colonial times. Militant, horseback riding, gas lanterns. No electricity.

♥ While Captain Levi is certainly a master at killing titans, titans and regular macros are not one in the same. Titans bodies are strange and very soft, almost weightless. Levi's swords would be substantially less damaging to a regular macro. If you're a macro looking for a challenging, refreshing snack, look no further!

♥ Without his weapons on, Levi can do a lot less. So he's very susceptible to becoming a prey for a scene, of any size pred, so long as he was caught unarmed.

♥ I do enjoy Macro Prey scenes with Levi, too, if it's your thing. He IS the best titan-slayer there is, after all.

♥ I also love micros, especially mouseboys/girls. Levi would either be protective of them and eat them (endo) to keep them safe, or be annoyed by a pest in his room and eat them to clean them away. So, naughty or nice.

♥ Love equine preds as well, and they can fit easily into to AoT universe.
