Sometimes, humans just aren't born normal. An altered trait here, a unique sequence there; the changes are generally minor and usually not noteworthy... or even noticeable. In Liesel's case, her genetic 'defect' is a small alteration in a tucked away corner of her brain that no one noticed until she hit puberty. That is when the mutation started to manifest and Liesel began to develop 'powers'.
Liesel is a psion, able to tap into her mind's dormant coded commands in order to activate what is best termed as 'body control'. Liesel can, for example, increase her density to make herself heavier, or decrease it to make herself lighter. She can tap into her body's bioelectrical field to throw around electric shocks, or alter her muscles to let her jump higher. She can even stretch her body in unnatural ways. The upper limit of Liesel's control over her own biology is something that hasn't been explored; Liesel is not the smartest of girls and though she possesses a certain 'low cunning', she lacks the creativity to really push her limits. This is well, for two reasons.
One, Liesel is a bully. Even before her 'gifts' manifested themselves, Liesel was a dumb jock that delighted in pushing around those weaker then herself.
Two, Liesel attends
Flint_Mount_High, where teachers have a very bad habit of looking the other way when a predator attacks a fellow student.
Rude, crude, and powerful, Liesel is not afraid to throw her weight around and remind the people around her whom the top dog is. As she becomes more and more obsessed with the fact that she's powerful, she becomes increasingly unable to engage in normal human relationships with others. Liesel has gotten to the point where she does mostly whatever it is that she wants simply because her biological advantages help to insulate her from the consequences of her actions. Without a physical or societal check upon her bad behavior, it's rapidly getting worse. It is only a matter of time before her bullying turns fatal.
Despite being a delinquent, Liesel still participates actively in school sports. Coach Stonefield is either too afraid to kick her off of the basketball and gymnastics teams, or simply doesn't want to lose a star player. For her part, Liesel simply enjoys having another way to dominate those around her and prove how superior she is to them.
Helen Carnegie
Liesel decided to make a 'big splash' in school... so she cornered the head cheerleader in the locker room, forcibly stole her virginity with a strap-on, and made the blonde her slave. The thinly veiled 'cover story' is that the two are 'dating'... but Helen's wearing a small length of chain around her neck at all times, with the threat that if she loses it, the next thing to get lost would be her!
