This is a Life Sundew plant. It is a very rare species of plact, a single member of which has started to grow in Nexus park. The plant is a very large plant, with large circular leaves that are about 8 foot in Radius. A single plant can have up to 10 such leaves. The leaves are able to secret a very sweet tasting liquid and fragrance to attract creatures to it's leaves. As a matter of fact, the fluid is very nutritious and delicious to drink.
However, the leaves are covered in thousands of sticky buds. When something is on the leaf of the plant, they can get stuck to the buds. Trying to escape will send electrical signals to the leaf, triggering it to close slowly around the creature and sticking more buds to it. The sticky buds are very hard to escape from once a creature is stuck there.
Within a few minutes, the leaf is able to curl around whatever creature has gotten stuck to it. When the creature is completely trapped, a special fluid will be released. The plant is a carnivorous plant and will digest trapped creatures while they're still alive. However, the experience is not all terrible. The liquid can feel pleasant and constant rubbing of the plant makes the process relaxing usually. The prey never feels any pain while it is being digested.
The Life Sundew does have one mysterious trait however. It has some sentience and can tell whether a creature has the ability to reform itself or not. If the prey does not have the ability, then the plant can grant this ability to the prey before digestion. This is an attempt to provide the plant with a constant, willing supply of food. Many creatures have been known to get addicted to being digested by these plants and come to it on a regular basis.

OOC notes

The ability to grant reformation is entirely optional. However, the default is that reformation happens off-screen once granted. If you do not wish for your character to gain the ability from this plant, let me know in advance via whisper.
The above list of creatures is a player preference and is open to negotiation if I like your character. The exception to this is anything marked with an * symbol, in which case I am unwilling to RP with you due to various reasons which I would rather not specify. In cases where your character interests me, I would rather approach you than you approach me.
