Ms. Lilian Alexander is both a wonderful and horrible librarian. Wonderful, in that she keeps the stacks organized, knows where everything is, and is perfectly pleasant to almost everyone who comes in. Horrible in that she ocassionally makes a snack out of visitors to the library with only the barest excuse of a reason. Whether it be bringing in food, running, talking too loud, dressing inappropriately, or just looking fragrantly delicious, Lilian will snatch someone up without much thought. They'd fire her, but there's a librarian shortage, she works cheap, and they can't afford to replace her. Also, she ate the last person who brought the topic up.

Setting: Lilian is a Librarian, but this could be a public library, a school library, or even a magical library. Meeting her elsewhere isn't impossible.
