Liltotto Lamperd is one of the Sternritter, which gives them a a letter upon their soul, which in turn empowers them based on both the letter and the person with the letter. In Liltotto's case, she was gifted G, the Glutton. Her power set, in addition to the base abilities of all Sternritter such as high-speed movement and magical energy manipulation, is the ability to stretch her jaws out and consume anything with essentially. Her jaws can actually detach from her body in a grotesque manner, and reach out a bit if she desires, to swallow things a fair distance away. However, no matter how much she eats, she never seems to have any real sign of it on her outside after it passes her throat. As a consequence for her amazing ability to eat and digest most of anything, she never quite feels full, and it is very hard to satisfy her hungers.
Liltotto is not exactly what one would expect from a glutton as far as personality goes. Despite her hunger, she tends be quite level-headed and calm despite any situation. Yet, she also has the habit of being slightly rude to just about everyone, keeping that air of casualness about her. Of course, her Letter does come with the drawback of never letting her feel full. As such, she is always snacking, very rarely stopping, constantly trying to sate that hunger.
Tl;dr Gluttonous, rude, petite girl that can eat anything through the power of a magic letter that's imprinted on her soul.
