Lipstick

Andrea Mason was once a normal cat-thief until her secret capture by a government agency. An experiment she unwillingly participated in while in custody of the agency granted her size-changing abilities. Using these abilities she took care of the agency and took over the facility, eventually converted it into a home base, and resuming her life of crime.

Her alias “Lipstick” comes from her calling card: a giant kiss mark left at the scene of the crime
