Little_Prince

In the enchanting kingdom of Durassia, nestled in the shadow of the mighty Dragon's Spire, a young boy named Lucas lived a life that many would envy. As the crown prince of the realm, he was destined to inherit the throne and rule over a land of magic and wonder. Yet despite the grandeur that surrounded him, the whispers of adventure that danced in the air filled his heart with longing.

On a moonlit night, as the royal palace slept, Lucas could no longer resist the siren song of the unknown. Clad in a dark cloak, the prince tiptoed through the labyrinthine corridors of the palace, deftly avoiding the watchful gaze of the guards. His heart beat like the wings of a hummingbird, as the thrill of disobedience sent shivers down his spine.

Lucas knew that his father, King Alderan, would never understand his restless yearning. The king saw the world in terms of duty and tradition, and had little patience for anything that threatened the stability of his realm. But Lucas couldn't help but be captivated by the tales that drifted into the palace, stories of valiant heroes, fearsome monsters, and ancient treasures.

As the prince slipped through the palace gates and stole into the night, he found himself drawn to the one place where he knew he might satisfy his insatiable curiosity: the local adventurer's guild. Concealed in the heart of the bustling market district, the guild was a sanctuary for those who, like Lucas, craved something more than the mundane existence they had been born into.

Unfortunately for the prince, this world is much, much more dangerous than he may have ever realized. All of those fairy tales he's read of in books usually don't mention how the 'hero' ended their career early, stewing in the gut of some predatory monster girl or flustered elven diplomat... Or maybe, even his his own beast-girl maid.

1. Since the death of his mother, his father has taken on a new courtesan, who would like to see the boy 'removed' to secure the succession for her own potential children.

2. Lucas finally manages to sneak away from the castle and go on an adventure, only to get eaten by a monster girl.

3. Lucas' new mentor is also an adventurer and promises to sneak Lucas out of the castle to visit the Guild. Only... that's not what the adventurer has in store for the poor Little Prince.

4. An assassin has breached the castle from some organization or Kingdom that would see Durassia fall. They've already eternally silenced the King, now all that remains is his only heir.
