Loradove is a retired pirate queen, although, during her time on the high seas, she was technically a privateer. No one dares tell her the difference though lest they find themselves padding her "poop deck". She's a gruff, rough and tumble kind of gal who's always looking for trouble, always down for a brawl, and always ready to embark on a grand venture. Another alt of Warriors_On_A_Whim!!!!

CHARACTER

A former privateer in service to a higher power, Loradove is now a humble bartender at a tavern she owns. She's gruff and takes no shit, but she does genuinely enjoy serving polite and respectful customers.

Customers who are particularly rowdy or disrespectful to herself or her staff will not find a pushover at the head of this establishment. Instead, they'll find themselves escorted down Lora's throat and then thrown out the back...her backside, into the toilets, and down into the sewers.

LORE

Once a feared pirate queen by the name of "Scarlet Death", Loradove has since retired from her time on the seven seas. She runs a tavern named the "Salty Swashbuckler", a decent place for any weary adventurer to come in, rest their legs, and pick up a good meal or two. The tavern is also full of memorabilia from her days as a pirate queen such as mimic corpses, anchors, hook-hands taken from felled captains, and a plethora of other things.

Despite her gruff behavior and rough exterior, Lora really does take pride in her tavern. She enjoys making people happy but she's had to deal with a few rough customers over the years. Something else her establishment is known for is its incredibly sophisticated and comfortable toilets. It's almost as if they were designed to be sat upon for hours. Whilst she does have many employees in her service, Lora enjoys manning the bar. She's often the first face wandering adventurers see when they enter the tavern and, if she's having a good day, she'll greet them with a lovely smile and offer them a nice place to sit.

Rumor has it that Lora has a side hustle, selling mythical and uncommon items to adventurers who happen to know a certain passphrase. This passphrase can be acquired in a number of ways, such as being a long-time loyal customer, donating an exceptionally large amount of money to the tavern's upkeep and flourishment, or surviving a night with the former pirate queen among a few.
