This character now has a male and a female version so I’ll start with basic preferences and information for each, and general information will be at the bottom.

Male Information

Desc-

Loti is a small, cute, fluffy, male, soft dragon who loves to be rubbed and scratched. He stands nearly 3 and a half feet at his soulders and is about 10 feet long from head to til tip. His fur is mostly black except for the insides of his forepaws and wings which are an emerald color, he also has emerald colored horns and, similar color stripes on his arms and face. There is yellow fur allong his spine to the tip of his tail and on his elbows. His eyes are a soft ruby color. Loti is always in a happy mood and seems to like everybody, even though he may not know them very well. He also has a thing for shiny objects always curious to new things. He is now a 'cub' of Tamara and as a result of being unbirthed by her. His smell and taste now matches Tam's, which is somewhere between a forest in spring and grass just after the rain. His flavor would be similar to his scent but with a bit of a fruity taste. He can morph into a tiger/dragon hybrid that has a different coloration on his fur with cat ears, everything else stays the same.

Possesions:
-Collar-

The collar was designed to leave the dragon enslaved forever, but it has no master anymore. The collar will actually latch on to whomever wishes to own the dragon, and make them the master, whether temporarily or permanently. The collar can hurt the dragon until Loti bends to the will of the ‘master’. Also the collar will do pretty much what ever the current master wants. It can't be removed by neither magic nor a physical blow. It absorbs all damage done to it. It has been change where that, when Loti will look at the emerald, he'll see Tam's face with a big motherly smile. When anybody else will look at it, the person will see Tam snuggling Loti thightly and affectionately, with their names written under the pic: 'Loti and Tamara'.

Story - When he was only a month old living happiliy with only his mother, a wizard came and slayed the dragoness. The wizard took Loti with him back to his home placing a magic collar on him, he wears it today not bein able to take it off. The wizard claimed Loti as his pet abusing him constantly. The wizard always used him to do chores and run errands. Loti did as he was told living in fear of the Wizard, until one day, while he was out getting some herbs for the wizard, a terrible storm hit. The wizards tower was in the middle of this unnatural storm. The power of nature conqured the tower and destroyed it in all its unending fury. The collar on his neck removed the name of the wizard, who was lost forever. Jacree roams the world now for a purpose and to try and escape the terror of the past, living without a mother or father to guide him...

Powers:

Most of the time, these will NOT appear in an rp, unless desired, or will participate into the overall enjoyment of ALL members of the RP

Can regenerate lost body parts and wounds, his body heals itself with liquid fire. And see my notes on Energy Dragons at the bottom of the page. Though Loti is still young and does not know any of his powers yet.

As Pred: This dragon wraps his jaws around you and ingests you
like the piece of meat you are. This is the most common way he
will devour someone.

As Prey: Works about the same except the roles are reversed (Duh :P)

As Pred: Wont do it, namely cause he doesn't really enjoy downing a
whole lot of blood. Let alone his body wouldn't be able to handle it.

As Prey: Subdue, seduce, bite the neck of this dragon and feed to your hearts desire. The 'blood' of this dragon isn't like the blood of any other creature. Instead of carrying nutrients throughout the body it carries energy in it's own unique form. If one ingested said blood they would be infused with the energy in the blood. What does that do? find out ;)

-:Tail Vore:-
Ingestion via tail, he can't do this so sorry for the ones who want to slide into his slender fuzzy tail. Though if you'd like to snarf up a wiggely dragon pleas go right on ahead. Nothing wrong with seeing his own tail dissapearing into that of another, if you get my meaning.

-:Unbirthing:-

I'm not a girl, so if you ask me to do this, well we will have a nice talk about girl parts and boy parts. I'm referring to birthing backwards in the sense of from cold world to warm womb depths. Loti looks and acts much like a hatchling; so if a motherly character wishes to impose their motherly desires on him and draw him into the their body to feel the dragon presence in their depths, whilst surrounding him with their warmth and own presence, feel free to do so.

-:Wing Vore:-
In theory he could possibly do this, bluntly put the victim will be reduced from matter to energy and drawn into his energy absorbing wings to fuel his body. This could happen in one big moment or slowly from the out side in. It's never been done, might not be my favorite but I'm willing to try.

As prey being wrapped up and trapped by wings is one of the "dominating" actions i like best. Having that action extended to absorbing him directly into wings makes it that much more fun.

-:Hard Vore:-
Mmmmm tastey meat hanging between his jaws. While pinning the prey beneth his paws. Hearing screams as flesh is torn from bone.... yeah its weird but I like it sometimes! I like it more as being the prey but i'll pred as well! This is when I will bite, and I hope you bite back ;)

The Female Loti has a higher voice, a more slender and curvy frame. Her Mane is neater and flows better, her tail is slightly longer and her horns are smaller and shorter. Her collar is smaller as well and instead of spikes the emeralds are smooth and rounded.

Energy Dragon Notes
Energy Dragons are not known to use magical abilities at all. In fact Energy Dragons are extreme in their very power. They do not have a particular element like fire, frost, water. Instead they lean more to having an element of electricity, or controlling the movements of electrons. These amazing creatures get their energy from their surroundings, and their control of it is truly worth appreciating.

Firstly, Energy Dragon’s scales are designed and laced together forming a superconducting grid that covers their body. Superconductivity is the complete loss of electrical resistance. This grid leads to an inner ‘battery’ that as far as known holds no limit. This superconducting layer absorbs all energy that comes in contact with it, heat, light, and friction are the main things that give Energy Dragon’s there power. The Dragon can control how much energy that he takes in, so not to suck the life out of a friend or mate. Many believe that the Dragon has to will himself to absorb energy. The fact that they can absorb light from the sun causes them to have a darker coloration on their back and wings.

The things an Energy Dragon can do with this huge supply of energy are immense. This does not make Energy Dragons better then any other dragon. When an Energy Dragon releases any amount of energy, he loses a proportional amount of mental stability. In other words the more energy used the less e can use and the harder it becomes to control his bodily functions. There is a fail safe here, an Energy dragon cannot use the amount of energy or greater then the amount of energy that will bring him to his brain shutting down his major organs. If this energy level gets close to breaking the Dragon’s safety, the brain will shut down bringing the dragon into a coma for a few days. This effect will wear off after sleeping, resting, or eating.

The powers of an Energy Dragon are rather simple. They can control the flow of most type of energy in the space around them. How they control this energy is what leads to different abilities. An Energy Dragon can simply transfer energy from a source or from themselves to another person if they are injured. This actually speeds up the healing process of the injured, depending how much energy was used of course. This is the healing properties of an Energy Dragon. The Dragon’s first and most commonly used offensive ability is using specially designed scales around their mouth to magnetically create a small ball of plasma energy. Using this small ball they can do one of two things, fire the ball, or slowly releasing the energy in a controlled beam. The ball is more powerful but less accurate. On impact the surface of the ball is broken and all the energy is released in a powerful explosion of energy, ionizing nearby objects. This detonation is most resembled to the supernova after a star dies, just in a much smaller scale. The blast radius is around five feet and can grow or shrink depending how much energy was pulled into the sphere before launch. The beam causes nearly the same amount of damage but to a specific point. Lasting as long as energy remains in the ball, the beam ionizes the air around it and what it hits. If them beam is strong enough, it will cause a molecular breakdown in the target, scattering the ionized particles. This event happens on a very small scale, the width of the beam only being a few millimeters in diameter. The ionized air around it gives it a larger look. Though the dragon would prefer to hold on to their stored energy, under desperate events attacks will be made.

He can create an impenetrable barrier around himself. It is a spherical shield that will not yield to anything.Constant use requires constant input of energy and concentration. If either of these are broken the shield will fail.

The Energy Dragon is weak in cold environments. The superconducting skin works two ways in some extreme cases. The cold will drain away the Dragon’s energy and leave him very weak. Energy Dragons normally avoid cold environments. In the winter they restrict their movement to daytime and only move when it is necessary. They are also weaker at night then in the day. Sunlight give them about half of the energy they use, friction and eating compensate for the rest of the energy. At night they lose the ability to gain back energy as fast as in the daytime. Energy Dragon’s hide and sleep at night as to avoid potential fights and risk becoming to weak to move or read.
