Lottie is a simple employee working for a strange corporation. Said corporation appears to be working hard on understanding things that are merely said to be 'mysterious.'
She seems fairly calm most of the time, but once at work, she usually displays quite nervous habits.
That's likely because she only stands 4'9, and a lot of previous... encounters have her pretty on her toes..
...granted if she doesn't remember you particularly, it might be due to a horrible truth even she doesn't know. The faculty has had her set to specific duties to a particular abnormality.
This particular abnormality appears to have only one purpose. Clone it's target. For Lottie, this is simply her finishing her work with it, then leaving the room... though depending on what happens that day, she might be seen leaving that room multiple times...
One thing remains constant tho. If stressed, she seems to 'calm' herself down with coffee. Particularly anything decadent and lavishly made.
