Palutena had been eaten up by Carsten before and managed to reform in her divine realm despite being digested. This time the greedy stud was feeling extra devious, secreatly having brought a charm that prevented her from reforming safe and sound, and 'forgetting' to tell her before she was stuck in his gut. She's gobbled down together with the thick pregnant cow Mocha_Cream and only one will avoid being gut fat for good by holding on for longer than the other.
Day 1: Palutena was gobbled down first and ended up with the thick cow on top of her, pushed down to the bottom of that merciless gut. Thanks to her divine resilience and Carsten vigorously kneading the thick cow on top of her, she ended up taking less of a sizzle than Mocha did. (HP: 180/200)
Day 2: Palutena managed to squirm on top of Mocha, as that meat cow clearly was more eager to be churned for good than the goddess was. However, Carsten made sure to not make the goddess's lead too large, as he'd love to churn up both at once. He made sure to knead the goddess too, to have her take some extra damage. (HP: 155/200)
Day 3: Both girls had to deal with Carsten being very horny today. The luck goddess was fortune to have Mocha take the brunt of his grinding, but Palutena didn't get out of this scot free. She can only hope she can keep clinging on longer than her cow friend~ (HP: 129/200)
Day 4: Palutena was a bit too solid for Carsten's liking, so he flipped his gut over so she'd now be in the place of the moo lass that got the most the past few days. Poor Palutena now is really taking the heat! (HP: 94/200)
Day 5: That still active gut sizzled around both girls all day, sapping away their strength. Palutena is now only an ounce more solid than Mocha is, it's getting so close! (HP: 48/200)
Day 6: Neither gal is getting much respite from that ever greedy gut, the goddess is on her last legs from all the churning! Surviving tomorrow seems to be unlikely... (HP: 22/200)
Day 7: Oh no, disaster struck for Palutena on the last day! While that gut spared Mocha, Carsten seemed to want those divine powers all to himself! That gut went to town on her and mulched her fully, that precious divine soul absorbed into him, never to escape! PERMAVORED

Your luck goddess Palutena, come and worship for good fortune

Palutena had always been a mysterious goddess, only part of legend for many. The bountiful and beautiful goddess provides good fortune to her followers and worshipers, and not so good fortune to those deserving of karma, often when they bring harm to those under her protection. So if you find yourself one day coming across your future significant other, get that lucky boost of wealth or get that golden opportunity you always dreamed of, make sure to thank Palutena for it. She does prefer being appreciated for her work.

Of course, not all lucky or unlucky events in the world are her doing. She typically only affects her followers and those who pray to her, and those directly involved with them. She also may be powerful, but not omnipotent. She can give fate a nudge in the right direction, not flat out radically change events in motion.

But do come and give her proper tribute, and you may be rewarded quite well for it. Don't think you're likely to ever come across her grace and beauty though. You'd have to be incredibly lucky to meet her. And considering she controls said luck, she probably did want to meet those select few worthy of her time.
