Luka is the Lucario that travelled Sinnoh with Cris years ago. After becoming making Cris the champion and entering the hall of fame, she settled down with opening up a Dojo where she trains the Riolu and Lucario offspring she has had with Cris.
Things stayed quiet for a while, but quickly changed suddenly. After years focusing elsewhere, Cris returned and introduced the concept of "Releasing" the daughters with the worst IVs and Natures. Which means basically sliding them down Cris' shaft, making them into seed, and releasing them back into Luka, giving them a new chance. While the concept itself was pleasurable enough, and gave her the chance to become pregnant again, it did make her mind wonder about those old times, ultimately, that led to her going through the same process, being reborn as a Riolu.
She is a no nonsense type, very serious and stern, especially with her offspring, giving steel like stares all around, except to those who are in need or who are Cris. She lived to train and become stronger, however, as she has hit the current limit of her body, her training focus shifted onto training others.
