Lutz

Description/Story
Lutz is a Mudkip Obviously. His real name is Lutz But he Loves to go by Meme.
He was over 1'4 ft. He has shades( or not.) Blue, with orange cheeks. And Fins and arms. His personality is very kind and caring. He would do anything for any person he meets. His only problem with his caring nature is that he can't say "No." He will say yes on a lot of things. But it will be rare for him to say no.
He lives in a shallow swamp near the Park. He'll some times come up to play with the other Pokemon. He is one of the few mudkips living in the swamp.
His friends and family were all caught. So he tries his best to stay away from any other trainers. He'll interact with those who didn't look like trainers. He is one of those late Mudkips, who is on the verge of evolving twice. Due to him being over the level of swampert, He could evolve to him anytime he wanted.
A long time ago, He snuck into the festival worshiping Jirachi. And he placed a wish on the statue and wished he could be a real boy.( Cliche, I know.)He did it so he could fit in with the other humans. He can be a boy, But it has it's side effects. He randomly switches to a boy and a mudkip. Overall he's not such a bad guy. Just don't take advantage of him a lot since he is easy to manipulate. You'll find him most of the time hanging around the non-human characters, but it doesn't mean he hates them. He just doesn't want to be captured that bad. He even learned to talk from his "Real Boy" wish.
So congratz to the Lutz that mastered english. If he were to ever get eaten. His predator would have a rough time digesting him for he has the damp skin ability.(I know it only works for self-destruct, but still.) It would take the predator as long as it would take to digest gum to digest Lutz. He can only tun the tables if the pred is smaller or if he is a swampert. His best friend is a Chikorita named CiCi with the same problem he has in life. She never got to have a wish for herself.(They are currently working on that for her.) They've been through all the tough times together. and from time to time, She'll join Lutz on going to the park.

*Skills*
I can switch them out anytime using TM's or HM's.
Each form has a different skill set.





Lutz as a boy
This is him as his boy form. He is around 5 ft and weighs around 110 lbs.
He is still a fast swimmer int his form and has little control over the water now. Nothing has changed, he just looks different.




Lutz as a Mudkip LV.40

This is Lutz as a normal mudkip. Nuff said.

*His Skills*

Water Gun(Water)- Does damage using the water attribute. With good accuracy and basic attack. Good for young new pokemon.

Mud-Slap(Ground)- Has little damage to it, But it lowers the accuracy of the opponent. great for getting away from predators.

Dig(Ground)- Deals physical ground damage. Same attack as the Water gun. he Mainly uses this to avoid his predators by digging under them.

Bide(Normal)-Lutz sits in place and takes in blows. the more blows he absorbs after a while, The stronger the attack becomes when he launches it.


Lutz as a Marshtomp
Although, he rarely becomes one of these. he still has skills for when he becomes the 2nd evolution to his final one. He'll transform into this during combat for when he is losing as Mudkip. he even has a boy form for his marshtomp.



*Skills*

Mud bomb(Ground)- Replacing the old Mud slap for a Mud bomb. It has the same Accuracy lowering effects just with a higher power of attack.

Surf(Water)- A attack creating a tidal wave hitting everyone on the field. Including his own teammates. It has good accuracy and good power, dealing considerable damage. he uses this to carry people over the water now.

Headbutt(Normal)-He replaced bide with a headbutt. A physical charge attack that has good enough power and good accuracy. The added ability to it is that it sometimes make the opponent flinch.

Dig- He still uses dig.



Lutz as a Swampert.
His almighty form, Where he becomes a pred himself and has better skills. not just for Pure power but most of them for strategy against some he can't hit such as Flying types. He looks like a fully grown male (He looks 18) human as swampert. He has destructive attack power and amazing speed for someone his size.



*Skills*

Hydro Cannon(water)- his ultimate attack. It has the same power as Hyper beam, But using it has to make him recharge on the next turn. It has the power to collapse almost anything.

Ice beam(Ice)- He has it when coming in contact with the Flying types or his ultimate weakness 'Grass Types.'
He was given a TM by a traveler to use it. So Flying types beware. it has good firepower and accuracy. And sometimes the beam freezes the opponent.

Earthquake(Ground)- His best ground type move. using it, He hits everyone on the field, including his partners. Has overwhelming attack power to crush foes and buildings and amazing accuracy. It's a force to reckon with. Does not effect flying types.

Hammer arm(Fighting)- A mighty swing that has great attack power. Can collapse any thing twice his size. The only draw back to this attack It decreases his movements when trying to hit his opponent.
