Maiden_Alice

Some people are just born into a state of Hell and can never escape. Some of those people elect for a somber way out of such a life while others adapt to the bad situations.

Alice is the latter. She was born by a loyal servant to Sonne's kingdom. A grueling and laborious life to be born into but the worst was to come by whom she was born shortly after. Sonne herself. Although not of royal linage or line, the two were allowed to grow up and play together. Alice always tagged along and followed Sonne, doing as she said and generally taking the blunt of blame for whatever Sonne didn't feel like dealing with herself.

And that was just the beginning of the abuse-laden friendship. She is constantly under physical torment and dominated by the severely larger Sonne. Having her face rubbed in a puddle of mud, beat up, sat upon, thrown. You name it, Sonne tormented Alice with it.

And yet by some bizarre reasons, Alice continued to stay by Sonne's side, taking the abuse and generally finding some way to smile. She assures those that doubt that she knows Sonne is merely playing, though it's hard to not think she is in denial from an outside perspective. She is always able to see the brighter side of things which proves quite a staple for maintaining sanity when around Sonne

She is a small human, ordinary without any special traits or abilities, other than those common to a servant/maid. She was personally selected (or rather everyone just figured.) to be Sonne's private servant and attends to whatever needs Sonne requests of her.

She isn't capable to read and write due to never having the education to do so. (Though she understands some written words, actually taught to Alice by Sonne herself.) Her ability to count is limited to fingers and toes. She is, however, well-versed in playing musical instruments and dancing primarily for Sonne's amusement. In a private, Sonne has had Alice versed into more taboo skills that Sonne herself could exploit. Pole dancing, belly dancing, poisons, herbology/alchemy, etc.

While a chipper and happy woman, one must still understand the obedience and daresay adoration for Sonne that she has. This has led the maiden to do terrible, terrible things at Sonne's request. Not a single instance of which she has ever regretted.
