Manic

Manic was born royalty, but circumstances forced him to be abandoned on a doorstep in a poverty-stricken neighborhood. One event leading to another, he found himself being raised in the ways of thievery, becoming adept at stealthily nabbing valuables and making a quick retreat. During the days of Robotnik's tyranny, he used what goods he stole primarily to fund resistance efforts; these days he finds a guilty pleasure in stealing goods. He usually ends up returning them in some way or another... usually.

He has gained great repute as a thief, but nonetheless has a good nature. When he's not attempting to outdo Robin Hood, he's usually practicing with his drums. Some folks say he's not that great on them, but they tend to "vanish."

He's said to be related to Sonic_Hedgehog, but he does not go out of his way to confirm or deny this.

He's discovered that like most Mobians he's apparently been blessed with the ability to swallow something as big as himself (or larger) whole with a bit of training. Normally he's too nice to use this on good people, but sometimes that craving is hard to resist..!
