The sleepy little town of Resthaven was a quiet, peaceful place, where people could raise their families in safety and happiness. Marialla was born and raised there with her large, wealthy family. She was the youngest of two sisters and three brothers. She and her brothers and sisters excelled in school and each served on various student councils and school activities. In the rare off-time she had, Marialla loved the water and spent nearly every spare minute either at the beach or in the large backyard pool. Her and her family's idyllic existance, along with that of the rest of the town, vanished when a rift appeared in the middle of the town square. Man-eating creatures, some animal, some part animal and some even human, poured out of the rift and began devouring the townspeople. No matter what the town council tried, there was no fighting them. In order for the town to survive, it was negotiated that on the summer equinox, the town would sacrifice a virgin. The virgin, male or female, would be bound and led into the townsquare. He or she would then be shoved into the rift, thereby keeping the rest of the town safe for the next 364 days. To the horror of Marialla and her family, her name was drawn. Nothing could be done, no amount of money offered to any official could save her. And so, on the first day of summer, Marialla was bound and shoved into the rift. She found herself in the park. Curiously, once she'd passed through the rift, her bindings had vanished. Try as she might, though, there was no way out of the park. She was left to wander, terrified and alone, paranoid of the slightest sound.

(This profile was intended for a specific scene where Marialla is taken by some sort of predator. She would be either devoured immediately or played with (raped and/or tortured, made to breed) and then eaten. However, I'm more than happy to use her in other scenarios, such as finding a friend or a lover, being raped and just left, whatever. The only limits I have are indicated in my sliders. Any in the middle mean that I don't really have a preference and am happy to engage in them if they are what my RP partner is into.)
